Change Management: A Topic for All Ages

Join us as we present a program on change management, focusing on how it is navigated by people in different generations.
Our featured speaker, Pam Heffernan, will lead us in a workshop to help us explore how people at different stages in their career approach and adapt to organizational change.
This all day event will include a keynote, interactive group exercises, and a panel consisting of librarians offering different and complementary professional and generational perspectives.
