Upcoming Event:

ACRL-NEC virtual “coffee chat” event: “What’s Happening in Library Research Data Services?”

This event will be an online structured discussion with your data services colleagues at other institutions to share what’s new in research data services.

This online structured discussion will be a good opportunity to share thoughts and news with your research data services colleagues at other institutions around these questions:

- What interesting things with instruction, workshops, or outreach would you like to share with your colleagues who support data services?
- What trends in users’ needs or challenges are you seeing?
- Have you taken actions to address how disappearing data provided by US federal government agencies impacts your researchers?
 - Has your campus  felt the effects of cuts in federal research funding and how has this affected your work?
- Are you seeing the growing development of  AI bringing changes to how your users do research and how we provide research data management services?
